At Thrifcart, we’re committed to delivering your thrift finds quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

📦 Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Working Days: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Partner: We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

💰 Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat ₹40 delivery fee for all orders across Pan India.

🔍 Order Tracking

• You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

📬 Address Guidelines

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
• If you need to make changes to your address, contact us at thrifcart0@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email us at thrifcart0@gmail.com within 48 hours, with photos and an unboxing video.
• Lost Orders: If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it.
