✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges:

• Damaged Product:
  If you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for a free return or exchange.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video of the product.
• Size Issue:
  If the item doesn’t fit you:
  • You can exchange it for any other product listed on our website.
  • If you don’t wish to exchange right away, we will provide a store credit coupon for the amount paid, usable in your next purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued.

❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable:

• No return or exchange is allowed unless the product is damaged or there is a size issue.

💸 Return Charges:

• Damaged Product: No return charges.
• Voluntary Return (if allowed): ₹100 return shipping charge applies.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at thrifcart0@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
3. Attach clear photos and a video of the product (especially for damage claims).
4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
